(2025-current) Co-founded Alvya, an Art-Driven Innovation laboratory and the first Responsible Innovation School in Brazil, which prepares leaders who decide on technology to conduct its ethical, social, and regulatory governance with authority.
As founder and scientific curator, I translate the scientific frontier of Responsible Innovation into applied decision-making, grounding the program in the peer-reviewed literature that defines the field. The School runs live and online in limited cohorts, with the founding class opening in March 2027.

(2019-2021) After getting certification of Strategic Innovation Management course, he got invited to teach the disciplines "Innovation Management", "Design Thinking", "Co-creation & Open Innovation", "Applied Innovation Workshop" and "Special Topics of Management" in specialization courses of Strategic Innovation Management, International Businesses Management and Business Management at Senac University Center of Santo Amaro and Senac Francisco Matarazzo, in Sao Paulo city. He had in total 116 students distributed in 7 different classes.

(2017-2020) As Innovation Director at MJV São Paulo, he co-managed the office and led a team of approximately 70 innovation consultants, tackling diverse challenges for major companies using the design thinking approach (with MJV being a pioneer in applying this methodology in Brazil). His role involved cross-functional management of all projects in São Paulo, international operations, and securing the company's second-largest client at the time, contributing to significant business growth during his tenure.
